Nahid Pak offers more than three decades of accomplishment and experience in accounting, auditing and management, in which she has focused on driving different companies’ growth. At the beginning of her career at the Pricewaterhouse, Nahid developed an interest in auditing service and parlayed this interest into highest level of auditing position in one of the biggest auditing company in the world which has more than 100 branches around the world. Leveraging an ever- expending portfolio of qualifications covering finance skills, by operating and managing core companies’ financial needs , Nahid has shown time and again her flexibility in improving  from auditing to executive manager and her ability to “ wear many hats” in an effort to meet and exceed corporate goals and challenges. Tasked with providing leadership through start-up, growth and turnaround situation, she repeatedly proved her ability to deliver strong and sustained results.    During the second decade of her experience Nahid was challenged to design and implement comprehensive accounting software, as a part of a professional team in Iran design accounting software in Iran while paying attention to the IICP (Implementing Internal Control Policy) and cash management procedures for 30 big and midsize companies –wide. Affecting virtually all business areas such as Cash Managements, Production Lines, Human Resources, Inventory Control, Finance policy and Accounting, Payroll, Stock Market Information System and Internal Auditing System. Nahid’s work in this area was instrumental in achieving compliance with Rayvarz requirements and saving 30 million dollars through improved controls and prevention of spoilages in Morakab-e Iran and Mars Chocolate Co. and Narges Shiraz Co.    Nahid is also credited as the visionary and leader behind progressive plan that – in a single month –converted to a big grant. This plan has lead the Company  to buy  market stock for more than 2000 workers and earned a large  benefit as a result since  the market price went up by 10 times as much.        Prior to this, as a manager of  NASTAX Inc., Nahid has had the opportunity to establish a strong network among in small and midsize companies including I & W Research Inc., Intermind Design Inc., Nor-Wes Landscape & Design Ltd., CEO Home Service and more . The scope of her experience has spanned virtually throughout all aspects of financial affairs including; auditing, tax planning, accounting, tax preparing, consulting, and management, as well as team building and leadership, technology implantation, and operations administration. Nahid earned her Masters of Finance from University of I.N.O.C, (Sherkat-e Melli-e Naft-e Iran) Iran –Tehran in1981. Also she has expanded her education by earning an Accounting Certificate from BCIT, Canada Vancouver in 2006. Back
