Faramarz has over 27 years of experience in the environmental consulting, remedial contracting, waste management and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. He has been involved in a leading role in several mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, corporate finance and management buy-outs for several organizations in Canada.
His technical experience includes; organizing and participating in public consultation process for permitting environmentally sensitive projects, preparing and instructing project management training programs, remedial technology evaluation, contract management, environmental audits and technical review and commercialization of remedial technologies.
Faramarz is the current Chairman of the Board of SICAP and has served several different boards of for profit and non-profit organizations in the past 10 years. Aside from his role as a Chairman of SICAP Board he serves the following Boards and Committees:
He serves the Board of SLR Management Limited, the UK parent company of SLR Consulting Canada.  Faramarz serves the National Steering Committee on Contaminated Sites and Canadian Centre for Environmental Education National Advisory Committee. He also serves the Board of ECO Canada, a federal government sector council board for environmental employment in Canada as well as serving ARCAS Group Board, a marketing, research and advertising company.


Education and designations:

Mr. Bogzaran received his B.Sc. in Environmental Microbiology from the University of Regina in 1981.  He is a Registered Microbiologist (RM) and a Qualified Environmental Professional                    (QEP).
