Dr. Zarbi has been serving University of Phoenix at Campus College Chair position since June 2007. He started with University of Phoenix as a faculty member in 2005, and in 2006 served as Area Chair and Lead Faculty for Applied Research Graduate Business. Over the course of his career he has held positions ranging from an  Engineering Researcher to a Technical Adviser, to a Project Manager, to a General Manager, and Executive Manager. He holds a B.Sc. with recommendation from Westminster University of London (UK), a M.Sc. from City University of London (UK), and an M.Phil. from Brunel West London University (UK), and a Ph.D. from Sofia University (Japan). He has published more than 20 Journals, and articles. He has also been teaching at various educational institutions in different countries [England, Japan, and Canada].
